Permit Radar is a product of Armizan Ltd, a company registered in Kenya. It serves US roll-off dumpster and debris-hauling businesses by organizing public construction-permit records into a research and follow-up workspace.
How the data is handled
Connectors check named municipal feeds regularly. Records are normalized, filtered and scored using project scope, permit stage and recency. Failed scans preserve previous data and freshness is displayed. Descriptions, dates and contractor names reflect the source and may be incomplete.
