Demolition permit leads: how haulers can find and qualify demo jobs

Full versus partial demolition
Permit descriptions usually distinguish a full demolition of a structure from interior or selective demolition. Full demolition often involves a specialist contractor with its own equipment and hauling arrangements. Interior demolition during a remodel is frequently handled by a general contractor who may need a container supplier. Both can be useful, but the conversation differs.
Watch for negated or historical wording
Some descriptions mention demolition only to rule it out (“no demolition”) or to reference an earlier permit. Those records are not demolition signals. Check the stage and the sequence
A demolition permit is often followed by new construction at the same address. That sequence can mean months of debris work across several phases. Look for related permits at the address and plan the follow-up for each phase instead of treating each permit as a separate lead.

Know the address, the scope in the description, the permit status and the contractor named on the record. Ask what they already use and what the schedule looks like. Offer what you can actually deliver: container sizes, swap turnaround and material restrictions.
